Entrusted by the Beijing people's high court, the BiXi furniture plaza (hereinafter referred to as the property) entire buildings and the land use right will be sold at public auction, which covers an area of about 169 million square meters, land-use area about 26976.29 square meters . The auction will take place on Tuesday，4th August, 2009，14:00, at Multi-Function Hall of Ziyushanzhuang hotel, No 1 Ziyu South Road, Chaoyang, Beijing, PRC. The property will be sold in whole; assessment of price is RMB 1,539,080,000.00.
The property has been granted “Land Use Certificate”, “Planning permit for the construction project”, “Performance permit for the construction project”, “construction permit”. Part A, B, E, F of the property have been granted “building droit card” and had opened for business. The main structure of Part C,D,G have completed, external wall decoration near completion.
